Welcome to Adcroft Surgery

Adcroft Surgery is in Trowbridge, the county town of Wiltshire. We offer a friendly, efficient and professional service to all the family. High quality services are delivered by a broad range of practice team members.  

We work from purpose built premises, and provide a full range of general practice services.  In addition there is an onsite Boots pharmacy.

Parking

The Practice has a large car park for patient use with level access.

Designated areas exist for disabled drivers.

Carers Award

We are delighted to have been awarded a Gold Standard award as part of the Wiltshire Investors in Carers Scheme. This scheme for Wiltshire has been developed locally by local Carers, members of voluntary agencies such as Carers Support, a number of GP surgeries and members of NHS Wiltshire and Wiltshire Council. We are one of the first practices across Wiltshire to achieve this high standard and we are delighted that our excellent team have been recognised in this way.
