This happens on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 14.30-16.00 at Florence Court. This is supported and attended by Sister Gabby Wright , Chris Maple (From Alzheimers Support), Naomi Morgan
(Care Co ordinator) Lorraine Reeves (WSUN Wilts and Swindon users network) .
We provide support for our patients, their carers and relatives . We offer refreshments cake and a talk by local groups/ activities
Our activities include:

Sister Gabby Wright is our Carers Lead, Offering support and regular health checks to all of our carers. We work closely alongside Carers Support Wiltshire, Alzheimers Support and many other outside agencies.
