The
practice has a computerised repeat prescribing system. Each time
you receive a supply of medication you will also receive a re-order
slip, please use this wherever possible to order future supplies
by handing it in at reception or posting it to the Practice. Patients
are requested to nominate one of the chemists in the town for their
repeat prescriptions. Please allow two working days between your
request and collection.
Please inform the reception
team if any of the above change. It is important we are
able to contact you promptly should the need arise.
New Patients
The Practice is pleased to accept patients from
Trowbridge, Holt, Semington, Keevil, North Bradley, Southwick, Hilperton,
Wingfield and Westwood and continues to grow successfully.
